Our 7,000 sqm production facility houses over 300 specialised machines.
Many of our over 100 employees are long serving team members, some with up to 40 years of service making springs with us! That deep manufacturing knowledge is backed up by state-of-the-art CNC equipment complementing old school methods. Flexibility
Material
We source material from both local and international suppliers and stock a large range of raw material to cover most requirements. Our significant supplies of raw materials with over 875 varieties are available to meet our customers’ demands. Of course there is always something we may not have but our dedicated supply team can source anything required including the most exotic wire and strip materials.
Assembly and Packaging
Marsh routinely manufactures from laser cut sheet or machined components and can handle your assembly needs for more demanding components. We can also package ready for distribution by you. Just let us know your needs.
Quality Assurance and Testing
Marsh Alliance is certified to AS/NZS ISO 900 (2015) quality standard and has a comprehensive “in process” quality assurance system and philosophy throughout all divisions. Every product Marsh Alliance produces is subject to rigorous control and testing systems to ensure quality and client specifications are met. Computerised equipment to test load and deflection is used to verify production to your specifcation.
As suppliers to automotive and defence industries we have the capability to complete rigorous testing to a high standard. Please discuss with us your requirement and we can meet or exceed it.
Coverage
We currently sell and ship Australia wide , New Zealand, Americas, Thailand, China and Europe. We have representatives in QLD, NSW and VIC who service customers throught our markets.
